Mitchell Thian is an experienced Site Supervisor specialising in formwork and concrete construction. With strong technical knowledge and a practical, hands-on approach, he coordinates site operations to ensure each stage of construction is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Mitchell works closely with trades, subcontractors and project teams to maintain quality, manage schedules and keep projects moving forward. His attention to detail and commitment to delivering reliable results make him a valued member of every construction team.

About Our Team
With a crew of 10–15 experienced steel fixers, formwork carpenters and concreters, we have the workforce and skills to take on projects of various sizes. We understand that quality construction starts with careful preparation. From reinforcing steel and formwork installation through to concrete placement and finishing, every stage is completed with close attention to detail.
We take pride in being dependable, working efficiently and maintaining a safe, organised worksite. Our crew coordinates closely with builders, contractors and other trades to keep every project moving smoothly and on schedule.
